What was your attorney doing
this time last year?
Our firm has attorneys who have
filed cases throughout Florida,
in state, bankruptcy and federal
district courts, including
winning oral arguments before
the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Did you know many areas of the
legal profession have seen the
same downturn as the economy?
Divorce attorneys, Business Law
attorneys and others now find
themselves trying to adapt to
new demands.
DO NOT LET YOUR CASE

Ask your attorney, "what was he
practicing this time last year?"
Many practitioners had not filed
more than one or two
bankruptcies prior to this time
last year. Ask them for the
number of cases they have filed
in the bankruptcy court. Ask
them how many contested or
adversarial bankruptcy cases
they have handled. If they do
not know what an "Adversarial"
is, run!
We have Central Florida's
largest consumer bankruptcy
practitioner*..
The firm

over 1200 cases, including
single cases in excess of $14
million. Our firm is often
referred, Chapter 7, Chapter 13,
and adversarial work from other
local firms.
